Study the craft of screenwriting and learn how to professionally format your screenplay, workshop your ideas with your peers and receive feedback on your writing. By the end of the course you will have developed and written a 10 minute screenplay.

Jan 2014: PG Cert Screenwriting – recruiting now for January 2013
The Postgraduate Certificate in Screenwriting is a seven-month course which combines online learning, guided script development and two live group workshops in Edinburgh. One of which takes place in mid-June during the Edinburgh International Film Festival. As part of your course you will be given a free Student Pass to EIFF where you can attend ten days’ worth of screenings, master-classes, workshops and industry events.

This pioneering screenwriting consultancy service covers the project development of a feature film from initial idea to third draft screenplay. The service consists of extremely practical and extensive online lessons covering the essential areas of craft needed to write a screenplay in any genre. But, more importantly, the script development is structured around six milestones for the successful applicant to reach, guiding him or her through the various stages of writing a screenplay.
