World War Z, directed by Marc Forster tells the story of United Nations employee Gerry Lane (Brad Pitt) who traverses the world in a race against time to stop a zombie pandemic.
The £80m production came to Glasgow in 2011 with Brad Pitt, hundreds of zombies, 500 extras, 100 action vehicles and over 800 crew members to shoot the opening sequence where the city doubles as Philadelphia. You can view some of the Glasgow action here. The film was released in the UK in June 2013.
